Workshops
Following the successful launch of the Designed Pilates workshops, there will be an ongoing workshop programme enabling you to delve deeper into your Pilates practice, focus on different parts of the body, use different equipment and also have a lot of fun along the way.

Enhance your Pilates knowledge
The half day workshops are a balance of both educational and practical content, mixing movement with knowledge about Pilates and discovering more about your body.
The half day is split into a number of sessions, covering key topics and of course there will be drinks and snacks provided during the session.
Our next workshop will be revisiting the topics from our first workshop including hand & wrist strength, knee health and replicating Reformer exercises using weights and resistance bands.
Workshop cost is £60 and includes snacks and drinks within the session, plus a goody bag of exercise equipment for your hand & wrist strength.

I really enjoyed Lisa’s first workshop. Each session was well planned but also felt natural and adaptive to the group. My favourite part was the knee session particularly as Bones got involved! Thanks Lisa, definitely made me more aware of my body and I look forward to the next one.
