Pilates for Sport
I’ll be collaborating with a range of professional athletes, coaches and performance specialists to explore how Pilates can support your performance, prevent injuries and help you move with greater strength and control. We will explore movement patterns and techniques needed, and create a 30 minute Mat Pilates video for each sport. We kick off our series with a focus on golf.

I’ve teamed up with Adam Pike, pro golfer and Director of Coaching at Brampton Park Golf Club, who takes us through movement patterns and techniques needed for golf, and we explore how Pilates can support.
This 30 minute Pilates session focuses on key movements needed to prevent injury and unlock more movement for your golf game.

Lisa has been a fantastic addition to the team at Luton Town FC, for our 2023-2024 premier league campaign. She has provided Pilates support within our physical performance programme which has been designed bespoke and specialised to the athletes and groups she has been working alongside.
